Project Background:

The original LED chip factory in Suzhou has been moved to the new factory in Yancheng, and the production management system and new production equipment have been introduced to realize the informationization, intelligentization and automation in the manufacturing process of the factory.The automatic navigation AGV trolley is adopted in the production logistics link to carry out the automatic delivery and handling of goods. 

Project Overview:

The production process of LED chip is complex and has many processes, which can be divided into plate-cementing - baking (three cycles) - full inspection 1- cleaning - welding line - full inspection 2- gluing.The project adopted 23 TWO-DIMENSIONAL code navigation latent jacking AGVs, more than 100 sets of call terminals,1 set of WMS system and 1 set of AGV mobilization system.Realize the material distribution and goods recovery of more than 1000 production machines in the factory. 

Project features:

1. Latent jacking type with a load of 100KG;

2. Operate and dispatch 23 AGVs at the same time to complete handling of respective processes;

3. The production process is complex, with many nodes and rings. The AGV in the whole production process is required by the WMS system and THE AGV scheduling system to carry out accurate material distribution ring interlocking, unified scheduling, orderly and efficient.
